1. Acceptance

StreamGarden ("the App", "we", "us") is a free, open-source media downloader operated by Vansh Kashyap, based in New Delhi, India. By downloading, installing or using the App or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

StreamGarden lets you save publicly available videos, audio and images to your own device for personal, offline use. You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for the content you choose to download.

3. Your responsibilities

Download only content you have the right to save. Respect the copyright and terms of the platforms and creators you download from.
Do not use the App to infringe copyright, redistribute content commercially, or bypass paid or protected material.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.

4. Premium subscription

Premium is an optional paid plan priced at ₹99 per year (inclusive of applicable taxes).
Payment is a one-time charge for one year. There is no automatic renewal — your Premium simply expires after a year unless you buy again.
Premium is tied to your account (email), so it works across all your devices.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Because it relies on third-party platforms that may change at any time, we do not guarantee that every download will work or that the service will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App, including any misuse of downloaded content by you.

7. Open source

StreamGarden is released under the GPL-3.0 license. You may inspect, modify and redistribute the source under that license.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
