Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying

StreamGarden Premium is a digital subscription priced at ₹99 per year. It unlocks Premium features instantly and is delivered digitally — there is nothing physical to ship.

2. Cancellation

Premium is a one-time yearly purchase with no auto-renewal. Nothing keeps charging you, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your Premium simply runs until its expiry date and then stops unless you choose to buy again.

3. Refunds

• If you were charged but did not receive Premium (a payment succeeded but the plan did not activate), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
• If you face a technical problem we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are fully refunded.

Because Premium is a low-cost digital product that unlocks immediately, refunds are not offered simply for change of mind after the features have been used — but if something went wrong, reach out and we will make it right.

4. How to request a refund

Write to us via the Contact page with your payment reference (shown on your receipt) and a short description. We aim to respond within 3 working days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
